Basketball Recap: Hillsboro Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hillsboro can now relate to. They came up short against the Centennial Eagles on Monday, falling 78-57. The Spartans just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Hillsboro's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Centennial, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-8.

As of now, neither Hillsboro nor Centennial have any future games scheduled.
