Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lennox Academy). They put the hurt on the Vistamar Vikings with a sharp 9-1 win on Monday. With the Panthers ahead 6-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Lennox Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those four games. As for Vistamar, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lennox Academy challenge the New Roads at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Vistamar, they will venture away from home to square off against Chadwick at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
