Football Recap: Yuba City Honkers vs. Roseville Tigers        
        
		
             After losing to Roseville the last time they met, Yuba City decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. In a tight  match that could have gone either way, the Yuba City Honkers made off with  a  29-28 victory over the Roseville Tigers. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Honkers.
  Ulysses Vaca rushed for 38 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 117 yards  on perfect 10-for-10 passing.  
 Ryan Sandhu was his top target, picking up 52 receiving yards.  On the ground, 
 Ryan Corum rushed for 68 yards.
 Yuba City's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Roseville,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-2.
 Yuba City will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Twelve Bridges at 7:30  p.m.  on October 4th. As for Roseville, they will challenge Placer at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Placer will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  win, something Roseville surely won't give up without a fight.
