Matty Gulbin Game Report: @ Stamford

Passers beware: Matty Gulbin came down with his first-ever interception on Saturday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made six total tackles as Warde took down Stamford 31-8. We hope Gulbin's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Gulbin and Warde will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Staples at 6:00 p.m. on the 24th. The Mustangs will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 76 places lower in Connecticut), but they're not letting that get them down.
