Baseball Recap: Newberg's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Newberg never let their opponents score on Saturday. They blew past the North Salem Vikings 11-0. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by ten runs or more this season.

Carter Hawes was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Lucas Vaughn was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
