Volleyball Recap: Mansfield Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mansfield can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Keller Indians on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered since October 18, 2024.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Natalie Peak, who had 16 digs and four assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Emery Thomson, who had 11 digs and 11 assists.

This is the second loss in a row for Mansfield and nudges their season record down to 44-3. As for Keller, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 31-6.

As of now, neither Mansfield nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
