Recap: Plant City Raiders vs. Hillsborough Terriers        
        
		
            
 The Plant City Raiders's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Hillsborough on the road  and fell  60-12. Plant City was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  39-8.
 Despite the  defeat, Plant City had strong showings from  Yadira Rivas, who  scored eight points along with three  steals, and  Jasmine Pagan, who  scored  no points.
 Hillsborough's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Ellayna Stephens, who  scored 12 points.  Deana Epps was another key contributor,  scoring 11 points.
 Plant City dropped their record down to 1-17 with that  defeat, which was their third straight  on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's  offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 13.0 points per game. As for Hillsborough, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-6.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Plant City will take on Robinson at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Robinson is coming into the  match on a three-game losing streak. As for Hillsborough, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome Wharton at 6:30  p.m.  on January 23rd. Wharton's defense has only allowed 26.1  points per game this season, so Hillsborough's offense will have their work cut out for them.
