Soccer Recap: Dawson School Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Dawson School has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They fell 3-1 to the Denver Christian Thunder on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Dawson School of the 6-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Lily Sullivan, who's now up to 11 this season.

Dawson School's loss dropped their record down to 8-3-1. As for Denver Christian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-4-1.

Dawson School has already played their next contest, an 11-1 victory against Clear Creek on the 1st. As for Denver Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Prospect Ridge Academy on the 1st.
