Byron Nelson put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Bell Blue Raiders with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

One reason for the win was Byron Nelson's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, 25-8.

Byron Nelson's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Morgan Gardner, who had six aces. Those six aces gave Gardner a new career-high. Savannah Sterna was another key player, getting seven digs and four assists.

They weren't the only good servers: Byron Nelson was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in nine consecutive matchups.

Byron Nelson's record is now 36-0. As for Bell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 15 of their last 16 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.

As of now, neither Byron Nelson nor Bell have any future games scheduled.
