There's no place like home for Kingsburg, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Selma Bears on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won three in a row.

Alyanna 'Yaya' Gonzales was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Gonzales was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Parker Woods, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs. Another player making a difference was Averie Croissant, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Kingsburg always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .633. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory got Kingsburg back to even at 12-12. As for Selma, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-13-1.

As of now, neither Kingsburg nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
