Volleyball Recap: Scurry-Rosser Snags Fourth Victory in Last Five Games

Scurry-Rosser won the last time they faced Frankston and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Indians.

Scurry-Rosser had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-11.

Scurry-Rosser has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. As for Frankston, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Coincidentally, Scurry-Rosser and Frankston will both be playing Neches the next time they take the court. The Indians will head out to face the Tigers at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
