Softball Recap: Campbell Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mililani, Campbell was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Wai'anae Seariders a 10-0 shutout. The Sabers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Seariders, too.

Sophia Alo was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. Keyra Fuller was another key player, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-2.

The victory got Campbell back to even at 1-1. As for Wai'anae, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Campbell will take on Leilehua at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wai'anae, they will challenge Mililani at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mililani's pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so Wai'anae's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
