Football Recap: York/Pavilion's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact York/Pavilion can now relate to. They took a 19-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Friday. York/Pavilion fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Notre Dame since Friday.

Loss or not, York/Pavilion got some senior leadership from Parker Bonefede and Javen Jackson. Bonefede threw for 186 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 16 passes, while Jackson gained 97 total yards and a touchdown. Jackson also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making six total tackles and defending one pass.
