Volleyball Recap: TEACH Homeschool's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Seven

TEACH Homeschool waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Catholic Crusaders. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-0 victory back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: TEACH Homeschool took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13.

Luke Replogle paced TEACH Homeschool's offense, picking up eight kills. Replogle got some help from Liam Stevenson and his 12 assists. Replogle was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

TEACH Homeschool's win bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

Coincidentally, TEACH Homeschool and Catholic will both be playing Peninsula Catholic the next time they take the court. The Beach Breakers will head out to face the Knights at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Crusaders will play them later in the day, at 4:00 p.m.
