Soccer Game Preview: MCC vs. Fasman Yeshiva

The MCC Crescents are taking a road trip to challenge Fasman Yeshiva at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. MCC's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Saturday just wasn't the day for MCC's offense. They fell just short of Universal by a score of 1-0 back in September. The loss continues a trend for MCC in their meetings with Universal: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Fasman Yeshiva also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 9-0 to Cristo Rey Jesuit on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Fasman Yeshiva can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 465th, while Cristo Rey Jesuit is ranked 159th).

MCC's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7-1. As for Fasman Yeshiva, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.
