Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Appleton North). They never let the Wausau West Warriors get on the board and left with a 3-0 win on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for Appleton North as it spelled an end to their six-match losing streak.

Appleton North's win bumped their record up to 5-6-1. As for Wausau West, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9-1.

Looking ahead, Appleton North will challenge Fond du Lac at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wausau West, they will square off against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
