After losing to Umatilla the last time they met, Trinity Christian Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Trinity Christian Academy Eagles came out on top against the Umatilla Bulldogs by a score of 62-54 on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Umatilla's loss came despite strong showings from Shawn Donovan and Ray Jenkins. Donovan dropped a double-double on 18 points and 15 rebounds, while Jenkins posted 12 points and four steals. Donovan's afternoon made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Frazier, who put up seven points.

Trinity Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Umatilla, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

Trinity Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 56-38 victory against Calvary Christian Academy on the 6th. As for Umatilla, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-55 win against West Port on the 3rd.
