Recap: Northwestern Tigers vs. St. Croix Falls Saints
It was a good run, but The Northwestern Tigers unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They took a serious blow against St. Croix Falls, falling 46-18. Northwestern was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as St. Croix Falls apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September.
Aiden Meador had an outrageously good game for St. Croix Falls as he rushed for 210 yards and four touchdowns.
Northwestern's loss dropped their record down to 10-2. As for St. Croix Falls, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.
Northwestern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. Croix Falls will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Wrightstown. Wrightstown is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
