Volleyball Recap: Tooele Takes a Loss

Tooele was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the American Fork Cavemen. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Buffaloes of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2015.

Tooele's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for American Fork, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Coincidentally, Tooele and American Fork will both be playing West Jordan the next time they take the court. The Buffaloes will head out to face the Jaguars at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, while the Cavemen will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
