Softball Game Preview: South Vermillion Wildcats vs. Attica Red Ramblers

For the second straight game, South Vermillion will face off against Attica. The Wildcats will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against the Red Ramblers at 5:00 p.m.

On Monday, South Vermillion got the win against Attica by a conclusive 17-2. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won five games by ten runs or more so far this season.

For Attica's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Nichols, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Attica has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for South Vermillion, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.
