Basketball Recap: Hillsdale Takes a Loss

Hillsdale saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They took a 70-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Mary Catholic Central Falcons/Kestrels. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (62), the Hornets still had to take the loss.

Hillsdale now has a losing record of 12-13. As for St. Mary Catholic Central, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-4.

Hillsdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Mary Catholic Central, they will challenge Richard at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Richard has won seven straight at home, while St. Mary Catholic Central won four straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
