Softball Recap: North Sevier Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for North Sevier's offense. They came up short against the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 15-0. The loss was the Wolves' first of the season.

North Sevier saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dally Wasden, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

North Sevier's loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Gunnison Valley, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Sevier will face off against Delta at 3:30 p.m. on March 20th. As for Gunnison Valley, they will square off against Manti at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Gunnison Valley's pitching crew has only allowed two runs per game this season, so Manti's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
