Trinity Christian not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 16, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Carrollton Trojans 3-0. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Trojans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

While Trinity Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 26-24, 25-17.

Adeline Earley paced Trinity Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Earley got some help from Genna Rinkenberger and her 17 assists. Earley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Trinity Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Carrollton, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

Looking ahead, Trinity Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carrollton, they are taking a road trip to challenge Kell at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
