Recap: Manchester Squires vs. North Miami Warriors

After losing to the North Miami Warriors the last time they met, the Manchester Squires decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Manchester managed a 50-45 victory over North Miami on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Manchester.

Manchester found their leader in underclassman Emma Walker, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. Walker hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Ream, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Manchester's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for North Miami, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manchester will take on Peru at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Peru focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Saturday. As for North Miami, they will play host again and welcome Lewis Cass, where tip off is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Lewis Cass focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine on Friday.
