It's playoff time, and Albany had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Wink Wildcats a 13-0 shutout on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on four straight.

Albany's victory bumped their record up to 9-6-3. As for Wink, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 15-7 record.

Coming up, Albany will square off against Gruver on the 17th. Wink will be paying especially close attention to the Lions' matchup: after the Lions face off against De Leon, they'll take on Wink again on Thursday.
