Wink had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the McCamey Badgers as they made off with a 14-1 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by 11 runs or more this season.

Cayson Cuellar made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out 11 batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in February.

In other batting news, Kovie Roberson was incredible, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was EAN BARRON, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.

Wink's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for McCamey, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wink will welcome Forsan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McCamey, they will be playing at home against Ozona at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
