He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in February.
In other batting news, Kovie Roberson was incredible, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was EAN BARRON, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.
Wink's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for McCamey, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-6.
