Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Van Alstyne). They breezed by the Bonham Warriors to the tune of 74-33 on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Van Alstyne's victory bumped their record up to 12-18. As for Bonham, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-12.

Van Alstyne will challenge Aubrey at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Aubrey has lost three straight at home , while Van Alstyne has lost three on the road. As for Bonham, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 57-40 loss against Pittsburg on the 24th.
