Basketball Game Preview: Cascade Kodiaks vs. Waterville Shockers

Having just played yesterday, the Cascade Kodiaks will head out on the road to face off against the Waterville Shockers at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Cascade is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

On Friday, Cascade took a blow against Chelan, falling 70-28. While losing is never fun, the Kodiaks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 273rd, while the Mountain Goats are ranked 34th).

Meanwhile, Waterville earned a 47-36 victory over Oroville on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Shockers.

Cascade's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Waterville, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
