Basketball Recap: Lincoln Charter Continues Home Dominance on Friday

It's playoff time, and Lincoln Charter had no trouble coming through when it counted. They snuck past the Mount Pleasant Tigers with a 70-65 victory on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Lincoln Charter's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.4 points over those games. As for Mount Pleasant, the defeat snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 18-9 record.

Looking ahead, Lincoln Charter will head out on the road to square off against North Surry at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Surry will roll in looking for their 19th straight victory, something Lincoln Charter surely won't give up without a fight. Mount Pleasant does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
