Baseball Recap: Pleasant Grove Takes a Loss

Pleasant Grove and Bibb County squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Pleasant Grove had to settle for second. They lost 18-0 to the Choctaws. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Choctaws this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 on Friday.

Pleasant Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Bibb County, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-9.

While Pleasant Grove had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
