Basketball Game Preview: Bonneville Bees vs. Hillcrest Knights

The Bonneville Bees will head out on the road to square off against the Hillcrest Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hillcrest took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Bonneville, who comes in off a win.

Bonneville took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Century, posting a 51-18 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Bees have posted since December 27, 2023.

Meanwhile, Hillcrest faced Rigby in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. Hillcrest fell 56-48 to Rigby. The matchup was a 26-26 toss-up at halftime, but the Knights couldn't quite close it out.

Hillcrest's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-8. As for Bonneville, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-14.

Bonneville took a serious blow against Hillcrest when the teams last played last Wednesday, falling 66-38. Can Bonneville avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
