Basketball Recap: North Comes Up Short

North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by the Milwaukee King Generals 75-32. The contest marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Jamarion Martin and Ken Maclin certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Martin posted 13 points, while Maclin scored two points in addition to five boards and five steals.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Milwaukee King, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 85-75 loss against Milwaukee Juneau on the 20th. As for Milwaukee King, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Milwaukee Bradley Tech at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
