Soccer Recap: North Stanly Comes Up Short

North Stanly was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Albemarle Bulldogs.

North Stanly's loss dropped their record down to 3-14-1. As for Albemarle, they moved to 4-8-1 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

North Stanly does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Albemarle, they will face off against Quality Education Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Albemarle are facing Quality Education Academy at the right time seeing as Quality Education Academy are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
