Baseball Recap: Farmington Takes a Loss

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, Farmington was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Durango Demons. Scorpions fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Demons since Saturday.

Farmington's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Durango, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Farmington will square off against Uintah at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Utes will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for Durango, they will take on Bloomfield at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday.
