Soccer Recap: Apalachee Takes a Loss

Apalachee's game on Tuesday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Dacula Falcons, falling 5-2. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2020.

Alyssa Hunter wasn't going to let Dacula walk away unscathed as she scored both of Apalachee's goals, bringing her season total up to seven goals.

Apalachee now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Dacula, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Apalachee didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 loss against Habersham Central on the 28th. As for Dacula, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Peachtree Ridge on the 28th.
