Josh Novak Turns in Season-Best Effort
Avalon was led to victory by Josh Novak, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Novak wasn't messing around, rushing for 245 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per carry, and also throwing for 78 yards and two touchdowns. The contest was his ninth straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season.
