Meanwhile, East Wake had to endure a four-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Knightdale by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday.

East Wake's win bumped their record up to 4-17-1. As for Vance County, their loss dropped their record down to 15-6-1.
