Basketball Recap: Lazbuddie Takes a Loss

Lazbuddie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 88-19 loss at the hands of the Happy Cowboys. The Longhorns were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-10.

It was another big night for Cj Moore, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and 15 boards for Happy. The match was Moore's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Tad Evans was another key player, going 8 for 14 on his way to 19 points in addition to eight steals and six boards.

Lazbuddie's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Happy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

Lazbuddie will venture away from home to take on Silverton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lazbuddie is facing Silverton at the right time seeing as Silverton is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Happy, they will welcome Hart at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
