Football Recap: Pleasant Home Drops Highest Score of Season Against Red Level + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pleasant Home). They secured a 26-22 W over the Red Level Tigers on Friday. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 41-7 win the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Jacob Bryan went supernova, rushing for 186 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 9.8 yards per carry. Jack Wiggins was another key player, rushing for 67 yards and one touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Pleasant Home was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 253 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Red Level didn't rushed for any.

Pleasant Home's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3. As for Red Level, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Pleasant Home will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on McKenzie at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Red Level, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 24-20 victory against LaFayette on the 26th.
