Pocono Mountain East won the last time they faced Northampton and things went their way on Monday too. The Cardinals came out on top against the Konkrete Kids by a score of 5-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Cardinals, who have now won five games in a row.

Pocono Mountain East got a great performance from Rily Calemmo as he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Calemmo has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Bobby Ehrmann was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high.

Pocono Mountain East pushed their record up to 10-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Northampton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.
