Guernsey-Sunrise have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Lingle-Fort Laramie at 7:00 PM. Guernsey-Sunrise are coming into the game hot, having won three in a row.

After a disappointing two points in their last contest, Guernsey-Sunrise made sure to put some points up on the board against Midwest last Friday. Everything came up roses for Guernsey-Sunrise against Midwest as the squad secured a 65-12 win. Guernsey-Sunrise were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, Lingle-Fort Laramie faced Kaycee in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Lingle-Fort Laramie have to be aching after a bruising 19-46 loss to Kaycee.

Guernsey-Sunrise's victory lifted them to 4-2 while Lingle-Fort Laramie's defeat dropped them down to 2-4. In their victory, Guernsey-Sunrise relied heavily on senior Dylan Rose, who rushed for 233 yards and 7 touchdowns. Lingle-Fort Laramie will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
