Lakeside had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Shadle Park Highlanders as they made off with a 3-0 victory. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Highlanders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Lakeside was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-13, 25-21.

Lakeside's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Shadle Park, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Lakeside will head out to take on Cheney at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shadle Park, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ferris at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
