Ella Schaake Game Report: vs Ramsey

Ella Schaake was a major factor in Hillsboro's win over Ramsey on Wednesday. Schaake struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long.

Coming up, Schaake and Hillsboro will challenge Mulberry Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hillsboro is a perfect 3-0 against Mulberry Grove going back to March of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
