Notre Dame barely beat Lake Arthur the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pioneers put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 12-4 win on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in March.

Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Lake Arthur, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-16.
