Basketball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 63-5 defeat at the hands of the Union City Soaring Eagles. The contest marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Union City, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Lincoln will welcome Ferris at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lincoln is facing Ferris at the right time seeing as Ferris is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Union City, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Hudson Catholic at 4:30 p.m.
