Windsor had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They really took it to the Green Mountain Rams for the full four quarters, racking up a 55-0 victory. This was payback for the Wizards, who suffered a 19-13 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Windsor's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Adrian Czyszczon led the charge by rushing for 86 yards and one score, while also picking up 35 receiving yards. Another signal caller making a difference was Junior Trotter, who threw for 115 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only six passes.
