Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jersey). They managed a 68-63 win over the Carrollton Hawks on Tuesday. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 41-38 victory the Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

It was another big night for Jaxon Brunaugh, who went 9 of 16 en route to 24 points and five boards. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Abe Kribs, who posted 14 points and six rebounds.

Jersey's win bumped their record up to 9-18. As for Carrollton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-12.

Coming up, Jersey will take on Waterloo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Carrollton, they will welcome Calhoun/Brussels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
