After a string of three wins, Tharptown's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to the Rogers Pirates. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2018.

Tharptown's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Rogers, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season.

Tharptown will be playing at home against Covenant Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rogers, they will head out to challenge Muscle Shoals at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
