Soccer Recap: Thursday's Victory Is West Orange's Third in Last Four Outings

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Orange had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Lake Mary Rams. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 5-1 victory the Rams walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2021.

West Orange hit Lake Mary with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Igor Andrade, Kelvin Ramirez, J.C Lewis, and Elijah Zavala.

West Orange is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4-3 record this season. As for Lake Mary, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8-2.

West Orange wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Ocoee on the 28th. Lake Mary does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
