Sydney Rainford Game Report: vs North White

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Sydney Rainford stepped things up a notch to give North Newton the 'W'. Rainford was dialed in as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. She was up against North White and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in April of 2024. Rainford has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 17 consecutive appearances.
